Catton Casks’ principle is that whisky is there to be consumed. We therefore wish to encourage and drive this in any way we can. Our events will be hosted by Charles Cregeen who has taken the company from the ground level up.

This will be an opportunity for clients to have a taste of the whisky they have bought in cask format and to get a further insight in drinking trends and habits world-wide. Throughout these tastings we will be providing several different single malts, blends and ages to try and develop our clients’ palates. Our team will also be walking everyone through different tasting notes and sharing our knowledge on the distillery’s history and production.

These events are a good opportunity for our clients to get to know each other and find out how everybody views whisky differently. We are trying to move away from the old-fashioned view that everybody should be smelling and tasting the same aromas. Here at Catton Casks we believe that whisky is a talking point. It drives communication and shows that everybody has different opinions.
